A global answer to the Customer, for a modern total-sleeve flexographic equipment of high quality printing and medium-short runs in the production range of INTERFACE is called TRINITY .
The advantage of this machine is the higher print quality at a constant high-speed. Trinity is equipped with a patented system for quick regulation of register setting of the printing decks. Sleeve type on anilox rolls and plate-cylinders together with video camera and washing system are always included in this series of machine.
The Trinity series is available with the configuration up to 10 colors on CI. This press is a modern and unique design specially dedicated to the mid-narrow flexo printing totally sleeve-type. 
In the production range of INTERFACE, PRINCESS is the dedicated series for the wide-web width. Available up to 8 colors on the same drum from a minimun width of 1400 mm. This series is dominant in the market of flexible packaging for sacks, hyigienical disposable products (baby diapers, sanitary napkins etc) where long production runs are required. Designed with a high-efficiency drying system, it is fitted to use all modern plate sleeves and anilox rolls. PRINCESS can be supplied in line with exhisting machines or completed with shafted and shaftless flying splice unwinder and rewinder or tape-less system as well. PRINCESS is the ideal flexo press when wide-web applications are required ! The Princess series is the wide-web flexo printing press available with the configuration up to 8 colors on CI for a web-width up to 2500 mm. 
The VICTORY series is availabe with the configuration up to 8 colors on main drum. The VICTORY is the result of many years of experience in the flexographic printing field. It deals with an updated product, offering ultimate solutions capable to improve the reliability and the real productivity of the plant. The VICTORY has been ergonomically designed for making the operator' controls easier. The printing elements can be adjusted both in the manual and motorized way, from local or remote position. The doctor blade group is high solid and can be adjusted and maintained easily. The clichés holder cylinder can be adapted with a system that permits the sleeve change up to a maximum repeat of 650 mm. In the VICTORY we particularly studied the printing phase of clichè holder cylinders that can be easily and quickly put in pre-register positions. The color-drying section is highly efficient thanks to the original design of the air blowers. The tunnel has a separate ventilation system with indipendent recycles. The VICTORY can be completed with various unwinders and rewinders available. 
LIBERTY is the narrow-web CI press of INTERFACE. Modern, compact, operator friendly with small dimensions can be included in line to exhisting machines or completed with different unwinders and rewinders, single or double shafts. It has been designed for small printing repeats, web width up to 1200 mm and can be supplied up to 8 colors on the same CI. |
