350mm WEB WIDTH - Added value Screen Insetting Station

This machine has been designed to answer to the need of label printers who are looking to add screen printing process on rolls already printed by another process. This further step will bring added value to the labels such as matt varnish, tactile effect, security ink, smelling ink… The GALAXIE MONO is part of the SMAG GALAXIE range already composed with the GALAXIE DUO, GALAXIE CLASSIC and DIGITAL GALAXIE.

To assist more of our customers to enter the roll screen printing marketplace with a Galaxy press, we have introduced an entry level press the GALAXIE DUO. It is limited to two configurations and supplied in one web width (260mm).

  • Version 1 : Includes two colours and flat bed die cutting.
  • Version 2 : Includes two colours plus hotfoil stamping and embossing along with flat bed die cutting.
