Description

FR-Synchro is fully modular and compatible with the components of FLEXOLINE and SYNCHROLINE models, allowing a retrofit-installation of flexo units and upgrading the diecutter to a flexo press. The double-belt delivery system allows diecutting shaped labels at high speeds with perfect quality.

FR-Synchro is equipped with:

• -Photocell reading system
• -Register controls
• -Real time format control and format correction

This technolgy allows diecutting of pre-printed material following and correcting deviations from printing register and original printing lenght due to relaxation of material once rewinded after the printing process.
